Are there refunds or exchanges?
If you are unsatisfied with your order we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in it's unworn in its original packaging box, and with the tags attached. Box must be included in the return package for transit damage prevention.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Packages must be sent including a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages sent without a tracking number. Please contact us to issue a refund at: info@shopkatt.ca

How long until I receive my order?
The processing turn around time is 1-3 days. Shipping is via Expedited shipping, and varies depending on the destination. Please refer to the shipping page for details.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Please avoid wearing while swimming, exercising, or in contact with any products. The plating may fade overtime if not cared for properly. Do not use any cleaners, abrasive materials, or chemicals on our jewelry. Although our gold plating is high quality, due to everybody’s various skin oil chemistry will affect gold plating differently.
While not wearing your jewelry, keep them stored in our custom jewelry pouches and box.

All of our pieces are handcrafted in Vancouver and plated in Canada. Support Canadian!

Katty Wu Jewelry reserves the right to any minor changes to any design. Due to the nature of handmade products, no two pieces will be the exact same. Baroque pearls used in our designs are all uniquely different and cannot be replicated but will be matched to the best of our abilities.
